In Situ is a healthcare technology based startup.
We use 3D printing to produce a biodressing containing stem-cells that will be used to treat chronic wounds as well as severe burns.
Our main goal is to improve the quality of life of our patients.
CRYOPRESERVED CELLS
Laboratory Cultivation
3D printing of biocuratives
Local application of biocuratives
3D printing biodressing containing stem-cells
PROBLEM / OPPORTUNIT
Chronic wounds and severe burns are linked with: Pain, infection, amputations, hospitalization and death Treating such illness involve high costs to: Patients / Public health system
HOW WE CAN SOLVE IT
We use 3D bioprinting to create biodressing containing stem cells. Biodressing are applied onto the wounds / burns. Non-invasive and highly efficient way of treating these wounds
OUR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
We do not have any direct competitors, we are working exactly where most have failed. Similar technology is found outside
Brazil but using different cell types. Most of the biodressings only temporarily cover the wound area: Less durable / Less effective / Much higher costs
